Pause Studio – Brentwood

After designing two Pause locations, we envisioned an even more premium experience for Brentwood. Bathed in natural light, the arrival experience is immediately quieting. Indigo textiles, oceanic marble, hand-made sculptures, custom vanities and ceramic tile showers all embody the casual elegance of a Moroccan-style hammam. 

Answering the fundamental needs for sanctuary and relaxation, we considered every touch point as an invitation to turn inward. Through biophilic design, the natural world serves as an anchor, tying the guest’s innate psychological orientation, sense of safety, and experience of wellbeing to Pause’s restorative effects.
