Periscope

Periscope is a study in connected urban living. Composed on a 27,000sf hillside lot, we created 12 family homes tied aesthetically to one another with native landscaping for a campus environment. We played with passive design strategy to regulate internal air temperature naturally, and made the very most of the site’s gorgeous views of the San Gabriel mountains in the distance.
