In the heart of a dynamic cultural mashup, Kodo offers hospitality-driven, extended stay residences in up-and-coming East Koreatown. A project that includes twenty unfurnished, and forty stylishly appointed units for travelers, visiting professionals, and long term residents, we designed an amenity-rich refuge for discerning guests.

Thoughtful and convenient details evoke all the comforts of home with warm, inviting interiors and 24/7 communal spaces like the expansive community lobby, co-working spaces, library, dining room, gym, and rooftop lounge. Inspired by connection and creativity, Kodo offers a quintessential urban hideaway and social club atmosphere for its ever-changing guests.
