Perched above Echo Park with expansive 360 views, this new modern home is situated to take in its unique surroundings.  Once inside the home, the experience evolves into a series of view captures that include DTLA, the Hollywood Sign, the San Gabriel Mountains, Catalina Island, and the ocean afar.  A large operable glass window wall introduces the indoor-outdoor Southern California lifestyle to the main living area.  The home floats above the surrounding site transforming the parking area as flex space for outdoor living.  At the rear of the house sits an informal living space, a guest house, a fire pit, and a pool.  The unique vistas were considered throughout to capture both the intimacy of refuge and the outward prospect of the dreamy LA landscape.
